Do you sell to the retail public?
Our
mission for our Legacy Image line of services is to sell through our network of client partners, and to fully support
those partners in growing their sales of our services and products. To
sell directly to the end customer is counterproductive to that
mission. Retail inquiries are referred to a partner near the
customer’s location whenever one is available.
Boutique Foto is a
retail line, with professional or wholesale discounts available to
qualified buyers.

Are there minimum order
requirements for professional or wholesale pricing?
There are no minimum sales requirements
on our Legacy Image line of restoration and enhancement services.
To qualify for
professional or wholesale pricing on our Boutique Foto line, there is a
reasonable minimum annual sales volume required. Please contact us for
more information.

What's the typical turnaround time on
orders?
For our Legacy Image line, most orders are ready for Preview of the
artwork in two to five days, depending upon the complexity of the project.
For our Boutique Foto line, all of our pieces
are handmade in our studio, so turnaround times vary with the complexity of
the item and the season. Please allow up to two weeks for completion
of items during peak times.

Do you outsource the work?
You can be assured your images are secure with us. All
work is performed in our own studio. Our long history
of efficient methodology allows us to be competitive without
outsourcing the work overseas like many of our competitors.

What guarantee
of satisfaction do you offer?
We take great pride in providing a level of quality that’s
unsurpassed. Your satisfaction, as well as that of your end customer, is
guaranteed -
For retouching / artwork: If we cannot provide a retouched or
enhanced image that meets with your approval, there is no charge for
the work provided.
Legacy Image photo restorations and artistic renderings: We print to
archival standards, and will replace at no cost any printed image
that fades/discolors under recommended display or storage
conditions, as well as any print with a defect incurred during the
printing or in-house handling of the print.
Jewelry, gift, and décor items: All items are warranted from defect
or failure under normal usage for one year. Items returned due to a
defect will be repaired or replaced.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA,
MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as company checks and
money orders, or C.O.D.

Do you sell internationally?
We do sell our services and products to client partners outside the US.
(There are a limited number of locations outside the US to which we do not
ship at this time.) Payment for international orders is by credit card
or bank transfer in US funds.

Can I order a catalog?
As part of our
commitment to a greener environment, we no longer produce a printed
catalog.

Can I get product samples sent to me to
examine the quality before I
order?
We're very proud of the
quality of our work, and are convinced you will not find better
anywhere. We are not able to provide free samples, but if you
would like to examine a sample, one can be ordered at a discounted
rate. Please contact us with inquiries for sample pieces.

Do you use any base
metals containing lead in your jewelry or ornaments?
No. We use only precious metals for our open or limited edition
jewelry. For the ornaments or promotional jewelry pieces, we use
base metals or pewter manufactured in the US without lead content.
